S.M.M. Conservancy - David Wilcox

We have lived in Tarzana for 31 years. We first experienced the benefits of TPOA long ago when we got together with TPOA to seek Marvin Braude’s help to pursue the stormwater drain that overcame seasonal “Lake Santa Rita” events. It is amazing to see the persistence of the TPOA Board in focusing consistently on the quality of Tarzana—and it works!

I am a planner and economist with Economics Research Associates, and Adjunct Professor at USC in Master of Urban Planning program. I also represent Tarzana on the Advisory Committee for Assessment District No. 2 for the land acquisition bond funds we adopted in 2003, managed by the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority.
